Jill AND Mary

Jillian Noel Shennessy born 25th November 1968 in Canada, is a Canadian performer and actress that was acknowledged for her contribution in American television. Her fame is due to her outstanding performances on the American television show Law & Order where she was awe-inspiring for the viewers over three seasons as prosecutor Claire Kincaid and Crossing Jordan as the main character Jordan Cavanaugh for six seasons. Hennessy has also displayed her acting prowess in films such as RoboCop 3 Most Wanted and the indie films Chutney Popcorn and The Acting Class in which she flexed her writing and co-directing muscles. Hennessy was first noticed in 1988, alongside her sister in the role of twin call girls in the film Dead Ringers. In 1990, she was on Broadway in the role of Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story. She then moved to sci-fi, and portrayed Dr. Marie Lazarus (RoboCop 3) in 1993. The following year the biggest breakthrough came when she was cast in NBC's smash show Law & Order to play assistant district attorneys Claire Kincaid. Her three-season stint in the part was an instant hit with the public. She left in 1996. Mary Louise Parker.......................Mary-Louise Parker (born August 2 1964, height 5' 7 1/2" (1,71 m)) is an American actress best known for her current lead role on Showtime's television series Weeds portraying Nancy Botwin for which she has received several nominations and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in 2006. Parker has been in many movies and television shows, such as RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys from the Side West Wing Angels and Angels in America. For these roles she won an Emmy Award in 2006 and a Golden Globe Award in 2006 as well as an Emmy Award in 2007. Parker received an Tony Award in 2001 for Best Actress, for her part in the role of Proof in the musical Proof on Broadway.
